Good news for members of the Tamils Representative Council and its Affiliate Organization members and members!

TRC Conducts legal clinic which provides free basic legal advice and information. Qualified Lawyers are available for consultation on a one-to-one basis. This clinic will assist members who need advice on personal matters and or business matters pertaining to the laws of Singapore. All sessions are limited to 30 minutes per person and will be kept confidential. The legal clinic will be held on weekdays from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm and will be conducted in Tamil and English only. Where necessary, TRC Management Members on duty will assist in referring you to where you can get further help.

All advice and information given at these sessions shall be as a matter of guidance and comfort only and is not intended to replace, substitute, or supplement legal advice and any legal action that may be needed in each case. The volunteer lawyers are bound by law not to act any further for those attending these free legal clinics.

To Note

• Members must first register their interest at online form at www.trc.org.sg. 
• Attendance is strictly by prior registration only. Walk-In cases will not be entertained. Please allow a minimum of 3 working days to process your registration.
• It is mandatory to bring a member’s Identity Card and all relevant documents pertaining to the matter.
• All members must sign an Indemnity Form stating that no damages or claim will be sought for the advice given at the legal clinic.
• Members must be present 15 minutes before the allocated time. If a member misses an appointment, he must re-register for another session.

தமிழர் பேரவை உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் அதன் இணை அமைப்புகளின் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் ஒரு நற்செய்தி!

தகுதிப்பெற்ற வழக்குரைஞர்கள் தனிப்பட்ட, வர்த்தக விஷயங்களுக்கு இலவச சட்ட ஆலோசனை வழங்குவார்கள். வாரநாட்களில் இரவு 7.30 மணி முதல் 9.30 மணி வரை சந்திப்புகள் நடைபெறும். ஒவ்வொரு சந்திப்பும் 30 நிமிடங்கள் வரை நீடிக்கும்.

முன்பதிவு செய்துக்கொண்டவர்கள் மட்டுமே இத்திட்டத்தில் பங்குபெறலாம்.
