- Applications for the appropriate membership must be made on the form specified and accompanied by the appropriate subscription.
- It is the member's responsibility to pay for their subscription without request.
- If at the end of December a member has not paid a subscription for the current year, his membership may be canceled by the Management Board.
- After payment of all arrears that have not been paid, Membership can be recovered at the discretion of the Management Board.
