The TRC Budget Talk 2013 was held on 3 March at the Ceylon Sports Club.

Mr Narayanamohan, Chairman of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr Seeni Jaafar Gani, Economic Adviser and Managing Director enlightened the 60 attendees on the finer points of the budget that affected both the businessman and the layman.

Mr Bimel Ram moderated the Question and Answer session which saw questions varying from foreign worker policies, upgrading for elderly workers, healthcare benefits to additional registration fees for passenger cars.
