எதிர்காலத்தை நோக்கி
தமிழர் பேரவையின் இளையர் பிரிவு கடந்த 31.8.2013 அன்று, தொடக்கப் பள்ளி மற்றும் உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு, அவர்களைத் தங்களின் எதிர்கால வாழ்க்கையை சிறப்பாக அமைப்பதர்க்கான வழிமுறைகளை தெரிந்துகொள்ள ஒரு பட்டறைக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்த்து.
இப்பட்டறையில் 500க்கு மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு பயனடைந்தனர். காலையிலும் மாலையிலும் நடந்த இப்பட்டறைகள் மிகவும் பயனளித்த்தாக மாணவர்களும், ஆசரியர்களும் கூறினர்.
ஆடம் கூ நிறுவணத்தைச் சார்ந்த திரு ரமேஷ் முத்துசாமி இப்பட்டறையை வழிநடத்தினார்.
Gearing for the Future 2013
The Youth Wing of Tamils Representative Council (TRC) organized Gearing for the Future 2013, a motivational workshop for more than 500 Primary School and Secondary School students on Saturday, 31 August 2013, at Management Development Institute of Singapore.
The workshop was divided into 2 sessions where Primary School students attended the morning session while Secondary School students attended the afternoon session. The workshop was conducted by Mr Ramesh Muthusamy, a Master Trainer and Senior Program Developer with the Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd. The event was supported by Management Development Institute of Singapore and Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd.
The workshop provided an avenue for students to learn study strategies and techniques such as Power Reading, Information Gathering and Processing, Whole-Brain Note-Making, Super-Memory Strategies, Application and Thinking Skills and Strategic Revision. The workshop was well-received by students and teachers.
Refreshments were served at the end of each session to all teachers and students who had attended the workshop.
